Sola Fatoki & Co is an indigenous firm of Estate Surveyors, Valuers, Facility Managers & Development Consultants.

The Company was registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 1993.

The Firm is also recognised by The Estate Surveyors and Valuers’ Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice Estate Surveying and Valuation.
The Firm is also registered with The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and other relevant professional bodies in Nigeria.

Our Principal Partner is a Fellow of the Institution. He has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Estate Surveying and Valuation. The firm is blessed with other seasoned professionals with valuable years of experience.

He is also a Registered Professional with Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN).

Our Principal Partner is a Past Chairman of the Lagos State Branch of the Institution as well as a former Council member of the Institution.

He is also a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria having been called to the Bar in 2006. He has varied experience in all areas of legal practice.

His professional qualifications include; Fellow, The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), 2002, Registered Member, Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria, (RSV), 1992, Associate, The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS), 1991, Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM), 1996, Member, Society of Construction Industry Arbitrators of Nigerian (MSCIARB), 1996, Certified Facility Manager (CFM), IFMA, Houston – Texas, USA, 2005, Member, Nigeria Bar Association (Ikeja Branch), 2006.

He is a Past Chairman of The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Branch. He has also served as a member of the Management
