DONALD HOMES LTD - HISTORY

In the year 2001, Donald Ebireri started as a tradesman in the Uk building Construction as a Dryliner with specialty on Taping and Jointing after undergoing much needed on site training. And in 2003, he developed interest in painting and decoration and continued both proffession simultenously in the UK building construction industry.

by the year 2005, donald has gone through differents short trainings in different building trades, to become a multi trades man, amoong them are Carpentry, Rendering, Bricklaying, Tiling, Marble plastering, Plumbing, Kitchen Installation, Roof Construction and Modern Wooden Floor Installation. Which in return, made him a multi trades man over the years, gaining alot of experiences in the UK building Construction industry. And while in the UK he has worked with so many companies like Stanmore, Taylor Wimpey, Barrats Homes, BDL and many more. And with alot of privates works for different individuals, turning their houses into Homes. And with so many wealth of experience, he decided to go back to Nigeria in 2009.
With the aim of bringing the Nigeria houses to the international standard.

Donald Homes and Interiors Ltd was established in the 2009, and main focus was building for customers and making sure their home, especially the internal part of their home is finished in a very high standard and attention to detail. and after several years in the Nigeria building Construction industry, in 2015, Donald relocated back to the Uk for more training, and this time, in the management and running of building construction site, while the team set up in Nigeria continued with ongoing projects, head on.

Donald did a CITB Health And Safety Awareness Training and a CITB Health, Safety And Environment Test. Other Training done, are; Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), Fisrt Aid At Work, Scaffold Awareness, Asbestors Awareness etc, while still working in the building construction as a multi tradesman. And in 2018, he got into management as an Assistant Site Manager on a freelance for Taylor Wimpey Homes. And in November 2020, he moved to Crest Nicholson (South) on a permanent employment. And in 2021, he was part of the award winning team that won NHBC Pride in The Job Award, for Crest Nicholson, Walton Court Gardens (project), with Jerome Peterson as the Site manager.

Over the years in the management team, His role has never been so important in ensuring the delivery of high quality new homes for customers, while homebuyers can rest assuerd that they are receiving the very high standard. And key areas has always been his consistency, attention to detail, technical expertse, health and safety among others. Each home has been finished to the highest specifications, with stylish, fully integrated and contemporary fixtures throughout.

And in 2023, Donald Homes Ltd was established from Donald Homes and Interiors Ltd. And this time, with specializing in producing quality homes in the building Construction industry in Nigeria, with set international quality standard and with the First project in the Ajah Axis of Lagos Nigeria. Which comprised of 4 bedrooms Detatched Houses (x2) and 4 bedrooms Terrace Town houses (x5) with Swimming pool and gym facilities included.
