This new model, also known as the ‘Pay to List Model’ will speed up the process as buyers and tenants on our platform will now contact you directly
Options That Come With New Pay To List Model
With the new model you can either:
– Pay per listing using an online wallet / top-up system.
OR
– Subscribe to a monthly package based on the number of live listings you need.

Some subscription packages also include your own world-class real estate website and real estate CRM for tracking your customers
What Else has Changed?
- As an agent, your listed property will no longer carry the contact details of Private Property Nigeria
- Your listed properties will no longer be assigned to internal agents of Private Property Nigeria
- Enquiries made on your listings come directly to you and not Private Property Nigeria
- Private Property will no longer follow up on enquiries made on your listed property as they now come directly to you
- The full agency fee will be yours. Private Property Nigeria will no longer share the agency fee with you.

- Enquiries and leads are directly passed to you
- You can easily decide to pay per property you list on our website or upgrade your listings from standard to either a Silver or Gold Priority
