The maiden edition of The Property Show aired on Tuesday the 4th of February and featured the dynamic Founders of PrivateProperty.com.ng, Mr. Oluwafemi Taiwo and Mr. Oluwafemi Badmus, as Special Guests. The Founders of PrivateProperty.com.ng enlightened listeners of the robust growth achieved by Nigeria’s real estate sector which can be partly attributed to the growth in the adoption of technology and the internet in sourcing for real estate information and transactions in Nigeria. Mr Taiwo particularly noted that foreign investors interested in Nigeria’s real estate sector do start their search online with a record 40-50% of visitors to www.privateproperty.com.ng being Nigerians in diaspora who are looking for investment opportunities at home.
The Property Show is a weekly radio show which airs live every Tuesday at 5PM on Inspiration 92.3FM with popular OAP Ms. Wana Udobang (Ms. Wana Wana) as host.
The Property Show comprises a 15-minutes interview with a Special Guest that will enlighten listeners on selected real estate topics and issues. Also, there is a 15-minutes phone in segment that enables listeners of the show make enquiries and receive expert advice from a pool of real estate experts and professionals.
The show will feature a host of Special Guests whom are Nigeria’s most influential real estate experts including Mr Chudi Ubosi (Principal Partner, Ubosi Eleh & Co), Mrs Udo Okonjo (Chief Executive, Fine & Country West Africa), Mr Hakeem Ogunniran (Managing Director, UACN Property Development Company Plc), Engr.
